| Annual Planning Meeting May 3, 2008 |
A. Cubmaster position: Laura Arrowsmith is stepping down as cubmaster. We need a new cubmaster.
Open this up to the pack at the May meeting, but also see if our current assistant CMs would like to assume
the position.
B. Treasurer report: Kristine
C. Secretary report: Laurie
D. Committee meetings: Switched to 2nd Monday of every month, 7-8 pm, host will lead meeting.
Scheduled committee meetings and Roundtable reps.
Open this up to the pack at the May meeting, but also see if our current assistant CMs would like to assume
the position.
B. Treasurer report: Kristine
- Currently working on a budget but will need more information on popcorn sales first.
- Continue dues at $50, twice per year
- Prorate at $10 per month for those that join later than the August start date. Proration will occur at
second dues payment. Scouts joining in the fall will pay full $50, and receive prorated rate in
January. - At May dues payment, have volunteering sign-up sheets present and ask everyone to please sign
up.
C. Secretary report: Laurie
- For the most part, cut out flyers. No takers, waste of ink and paper. Switch to poster board and
encourage everyone to use website. - If a flyer is necessary, half-sheets please.
- Healthforms will be emailed to everyone early August, due from every family member at August pack
meeting.
D. Committee meetings: Switched to 2nd Monday of every month, 7-8 pm, host will lead meeting.
Scheduled committee meetings and Roundtable reps.
E. Pack Meetings: Fourth Monday, 7-8 pm, unless specified, plus monthly activities.

- Boothing will run 4 weekends, including the weekend of popcorn pick-up
- Home Depot, Lowes, Albertson's (Rio Norte), Pavilions, Albertson's (Haskel/Bouquet)
- Email in early August to pack members, reminding them that it will be boothing sign-up time at Pack
meeting.
